I have been using it since November, 2007 and find it extremely easy and helpful. For persons with visas and green cards, it even shows you a picture. I appreciate having additional confirmation that my hires are legal. I have had NO problems and no mis-matches. For companies (and SHRM) who say it is inaccurate, I have not experienced that in any way. I hope E-Verify continues.

It's very effective and extremely user friendly. The test to take to begin using it is a little annoying, but necessary to use it and understand it effectively. It has helped me to basically verify what I had suspected about some newly hired employee's supplied documentation.

Is this E-Verify available in every state. We are located in Texas and if so is it user friendly?
