With all of these availabilities, companies can choose from a wide variety of time collection tools and can make them easy to implement and use for employees. Once installed, managers can oversee employees’ work times and schedules. The ADI Time system features an easy-to-use graphical interface that can be accessed on a PC as well as a smartphone or other mobile device to make viewing schedules and time cards easy. Managers also have access to all employee time cards stored in the software database, which allows them to quickly view punch times, color code edits and changes made, view details behind calculations, and more.
Reporting Features
ADI Time’s powerful time reporting tools give management the ability to capture real-time information or to view current and historical data. The time reporting system enables managers to make informed decisions and improve performance. The software comes with standard reports, configurable time reports and custom reports, created from any of the data that is gathered. Best of all, these reports can easily be e-mailed, printed or exported to formats including Microsoft Excel, PDF and XML.
This reporting software provides the information most users need to quickly analyze their data. There are a number of standard reports for time and attendance tracking as well as scheduling, personnel reports, labor analysis, and configuration reports. The time and attendance reports that come standard include reports for time exemption, time details by department or employee, punch locations, approvals and audits, details by position worked, and more. Managers just have to define the date range and filters to generate a report, and they can see the results in real-time.
Compliance Features
Compliance is an important issue for many companies who want to maintain the best standards and practices throughout each of their departments. With ADI Time, compliance regulations like the Sarbanes-Oxley Act, FLSA, FMLA, Department of Labor laws, and internal policies like union rules are addressed and can help companies reduce their risk for litigation and fines.
